rhute is a dermatologist-developed Hair Science brand redefining modern hair and scalp care through clinically

backed innovation, culturally relevant storytelling and science-first education. Founded by Consultant

Dermatologist and creator Dr Aamna Adel, rhute sits at the intersection of beauty, medicine, culture and digital

influence — building a category-defining global brand with community, education and performance at its core.

As rhute enters its next phase of growth, we're looking for a commercially driven, analytical and

customer-focused Ecommerce Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer business, optimise the online customer

experience and accelerate revenue growth across our key UK and US markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of rhute's Shopify ecommerce platform, driving conversion,

customer retention and commercial performance while delivering a seamless, best-in-class customer journey.

Working closely with the Managing Director, Commercial, Creative and Marketing teams, alongside external

agencies, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to maximise ecommerce performance and

support rhute's ambitious growth plans.

This is both a strategic and operational role, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

environment and is excited by the opportunity to help scale a globally recognised beauty brand.

order value, customer acquisition and retention.

experience.

● Monitor performance across the UK and US markets, identifying opportunities for growth and

optimisation.

● Support revenue forecasting, demand planning and stock management through accurate sales analysis

and reporting.
