Role: Ecommerce Manager

Location: London | Hybrid

Salary: £65k - £75k (Negotiable DOE)

Some brands sell products. This one is building a category.

We’re working with a founder-led, clinically backed beauty brand that’s growing fast in the UK and US. It has a loyal community, a science-first approach, and the kind of momentum most brands would love to have. They’re now looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their DTC business.

The role

You’ll own the Shopify site and everything that drives revenue through it: trading, merchandising, launches and promotions. Working closely with the MD and the commercial, creative and marketing teams, you’ll:

  • Run day-to-day trading and the promotional calendar across the UK and US

  • Own CRO, from A/B testing to landing pages, product pages and checkout

  • Grow subscriptions, loyalty and repeat purchase, and reduce churn

  • Manage the paid media agency, keeping a close eye on CAC, ROAS and LTV

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting, turning data into clear commercial decisions

It’s strategic and hands-on in equal measure, suited to someone who likes a founder-led pace.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in ecommerce management or DTC trading, ideally in beauty, wellness or a digitally native brand

  • Advanced Shopify experience, with a track record of growing revenue

  • Hands-on experience with subscription, loyalty, reviews and attribution apps, plus Klaviyo and GA4

  • Experience managing paid media agencies and reading performance data

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a sharp eye for detail
