What exceeded expectations
This is such an easy to use tool that has solved a lot of our returns problems. Their customer service is top notch. They are growing fast but their customer service remains high, that is hard to do sometimes with fast growth. They are continually leveling up their tech and I am so glad I switch to REDO
What was disappointing
The dashboard is a little hard for my brain to understand. I have the hang of it now but its not entirely intuitive.

This is such an easy to use tool that has solved a lot of our returns problems. Their customer service is top notch. Automation tools are crucial to helping streamline our processes. Helped increase conversions and also customer trust. Made it much much easier to communicate with customers in various channels with a great ticketing system.
What was disappointing
There really isn't any downside. The only pain point is some of the additional add-ons in the tool will eventually replace our other tools and looking for redundancies in email communication is taking some time to sort out automation conflicts.
