What exceeded expectations
Surprisingly, we have a high usage of Wishlists. Some brands have over 100k wishes in a month. I also liked that they were very reactive when we called out some ADA issues.
What was disappointing
They are improving the feature sets but that means higher costs.

I sell high ticket products. So having an wishlist thing with it's pricing plan and sales support really helps me.
What was disappointing
It was analytics in starting but now it's all sorted and I love the app and it does it's job excellent

Valuable, easy to use, customer friendly app. No complaints or suggestions. Wishlists are a fairly straightforward feature.
What was disappointing
I understand that this is a big ask, but offering a way for customers to be gifted items from their list is a feature we would pay for.

I sampled a few wishlist options, and this is the one I ended up liking the best. It's easy to use, fits nicely with my site branding, and seems to work well for my customers.
