What exceeded expectations
Overall this is a decent Wholesale solution. We'd tried many different B2B apps and none of them were very good. This one isn't perfect but it ticks most of the boxes that we needed. I like the fact that you can set custom pricing as we don't have the same margins across all SKUs. And some items we don't sell to wholesale customers either. Fills a gap for brands that are too small to have separate D2C and B2B shops but need a solution to serve both customer types. Fairly easy to set up and use. The Quick Order function is useful and like an online line sheet so easy for customers to use.
What was disappointing
We'd had glitches using this App where it would not apply the wholesale pricing to certain SKUs for some reason. It's still lacking in terms of interface for B2B/wholesale customer and doesn't have an application form. It's also a huge pain to re-set up again each time we update our theme, which is pretty often. I don't know why but every time we run into issues and need to get a Dev to re-install the App correctly on our shop. This is not the case with other apps.
