What exceeded expectations

i will say as a general rule, this is just at the bare acceptable level. it does what it is supposed to.

What was disappointing

we had a time where it just stopped syncing and we didn't know, we had 40 orders that didn't ship because we didn't know, and our account got suspended and it was an act of congress to get it back in good terms. support seemed to only understand simple things, and everything had to be passed on, and took forever to hear back.
