What exceeded expectations

This is app solved so many issues we were having with services not working well together. We use it for GWP's, Mix and Match bundles, and upselling. The price is so much more reasonable than other similar apps. They also have one of the best customer support teams around.

What was disappointing

No problems or let downs yet and I do not anticipate any.
