What exceeded expectations
Being able to include a link to the invoices on every order has been valuable to our customers, and saves us the time digging up invoices for individual customers
What was disappointing
The interface on the backend is a bit clunky, and it never feels like the app is going to do what I need it to do. I constantly need to place test orders to see how things are showing up on the order confirmation, receipts, and in customers' accounts.

Shipping Disclaimer and Store Policies: The absence of these in the quote template is notable. Including them by default would enhance professionalism and reduce potential misunderstandings.
