What exceeded expectations
Having appropriate data for marketing, the ability to rest easy knowing the data is being stored correctly, and to be able to see the difference it makes (ex. klaviyo flows) is wonderful. The email portion of revenue increase more than pays for the app, and the ads data helps immensely on top

No unmet expectations, the owner is very in the weeds/trenches with setup and things just work well
