Honestly impressed that I see conversions from their ads and I don't have to manage them

What was disappointing

I don't have access to the google merchant/ads they put (I can ask them to focus on certain products) but I would like to also see the back end and be able to do modifications if I feel needed/learn about the ads they are doing
