What exceeded expectations

It's ability to be setup once, and left along to function as expected. I can't remember the last time I needed to check or update/modify anything in this service, and it's been chugging along for years.

What was disappointing

No disappointments, I can't even remember how the setup was done with this it's been so long since I needed to give it any attention. Can't imagine using PayPal as a provider without this.
