What exceeded expectations
Plenty of personalization options and comes with product recommendations. We were able to customize the cart exactly how we wanted. It also comes with conditional rewards, such as free delivery for a minumum order.
What was disappointing
It takes a while to load which slows down our store speed. The integration with our theme & other apps is quite difficult and slightly limiting. Customer support is close to non-existent.
