It is much cheaper than the market-leading competitor apps and has most of the same features.

What was disappointing

We have had many problems getting it set up to work as needed. Support team is responsive however, problems have been hard to resolve.

We really like that we can build a subscription out of any product

What was disappointing

It's really hard to set up a subscription so it always fulfills on a specific date. We thought we had it set up right, and only half of our subscriptions actually happen at the beginning of the month like they are supposed to

Incredibly easy to get running. I had one issue and the support team got back to me instantly. Design is easy to use and it integrates with PageFly which is a huge plus.

What was disappointing

The design options are not as flexible and it does appear to copy other subscription apps.

There were some issues upon subscription when the customer account was not already established, and our customers were wondering how to access their subscription. So, we had to manually send them an account invite.
