What exceeded expectations

If you're looking to increase your AOV, this app does a really great job. You might think that customers will not use it because they feel like this will be included already in the shipping, but you would be surprised how many people will use it. The app works with a lot of themes, and I've had no issues. Whenever I've had to update a theme, I reach out to the app developer, and they handle all the transfers of everything. This app has increased two of my clients' revenue, and they will not get rid of this app for anything, as it more than pays for itself.

What was disappointing

My only complaint in the past was the UI could have been a lot cleaner, but it seems like recently they have updated this and made it a lot more user-friendly, especially adding the support chat in the bottom corner is much appreciated.
