What exceeded expectations

Great tool for the price. Easy to implement and keep up. The emails notifying us of questions are great for keeping up. We use PageFly and just had to add the code into each page and it worked like a charm.

What was disappointing

Not very customizable in terms of the look and feel. Also does not list the total questions or list them on collection pages or below the product title.
