What exceeded expectations
Customizations inside the app have only increased as time has passed, allowing for a lot of flexibility. The Inisghts tool has been very insightful as well, and we've been using that the past year.
What was disappointing
Minimal adjustments are available on the capture kit that appears on your desktop/mobile website. Namely a close button for desktop.

What was disappointing
limited functionality compared to shopify, although you can use custom blocks, we end up having to do everything twice

Easy to build and edit with drag and drop. Customer Service team was very helpful when on the Enterprise plan. Loved having free push notifications.
What was disappointing
It was difficult to make it more interactive. We wanted more than just a shopping platform. Once we lowered our plan, we had little to no access to data/analytics which made it difficult to gain insight from our traffic, customer behavior, and push notification success rates.
