Simple Integration: Integrating this plugin with a Shopify store is straightforward and hassle-free. The step-by-step instructions are clear, making the setup process quick and easy. Integration with Vendor Stores: The plugin offers smooth integration with other Shopify stores, which is particularly beneficial for marketplaces with multiple vendors. This feature ensures seamless collaboration and product listing across different stores. Easy Onboarding of Vendors: Onboarding new vendors is a breeze with this plugin. The process is streamlined and efficient, allowing new vendors to get up and running quickly without any complications.
What was disappointing
Partial Fulfillment Missing: One major drawback is the absence of a partial fulfillment feature. This is crucial for a marketplace with vendors that are not fully controlled, as it allows for flexibility in order processing. Limited Inventory Sync: The plugin falls short in syncing inventory with platforms outside of Shopify and similar ecosystems. Inventory updates need to be done manually or can only be synced within the Shopify ecosystem. A robust marketplace application should ideally sync with various third-party inventory systems to accommodate sellers on other platforms. Real-Time Tracking Accuracy: While the plugin offers real-time tracking, it is not 100% accurate. This can lead to discrepancies and delays in order status updates, which might affect the customer experience.
