What exceeded expectations
Shareasale is a great platform to find collaborators who specialize in SEO, and it connects me with them through a very easy, well organized process.
What was disappointing
Some of the connections on there seem a little bit sketchy, posting on low quality discount websites. They also spread links for discounts, but that's alright.

Shareasale is a great platform to find collaborators who specialize in SEO, and it connects me with them through a very easy, well organized process.
What was disappointing
Some of the connections on there seem a little bit sketchy, posting on low quality discount websites. They also spread links for discounts, but that's alright.

What exceeded expectations
We started with this product in 2021 and used to generate 20% of our sales through it. As our business has grown, we are down to 12% of our revenues through this platform.
What was disappointing
It is clunky to use, but more or less good for people with websites. Getting resolution to issues is time consuming and less than satisfactory. Example - links were broken for about a month last year. Our affiliate discovered it and there was no recourse from ShareASale to fix and bring in the data retroactively. Not cool. We've had some success using JumpShop with people that use social platforms vs. websites.
