What exceeded expectations

Again, its simplicity and cost. I like when theres not a lot of back end tasks I have to do to get it up and running. I only pay when the customer opts in for Route protection. And I believe I've already reduced "lost packages", or order fraud because of the insurance systems in place.

What was disappointing

Unfortunately, the back end coding is difficult for me. Sometimes, the app just disappeared from the theme and support is reluctant to actually go in and help.
