After the AI was trained up on the intricacies of our business, we've been very happy with the revenue it has generated for us and the 8x+ ROI.
What was disappointing
I knew it would take a lot of training, and it did. We monitored each and every response, and it made a lot of mistakes in the beginning. It has improved a lot over time. It would have been good for the Rep team to acknowledge this learning curve a little bit more, because we were told it would learn all it needed to right from the start. This was not the case for us but with a little effort, we were able to correct any issue. The Rep team was a huge help with this.

It answers the repetitive pre-sale questions (shipping, lens options, sizing) out of the box, learns from our catalog quickly, and deflects a good share of support chats without sounding robotic.
What was disappointing
For our optical/prescription questions it still needs human handoff, and I'd like deeper API/webhook access to plug it into my own AI agent workflows — that's the one thing I'd add.
