What exceeded expectations
I have nothing negative to say about this app. To be quite honest it is very simple to use, their customer service is impeccable. They get back to you very quickly and implement whatever small changes need to be made in order for everything to show up cohesively for your store. I recently changed themes and noticed the swatches were no showing up properly. The theme company brushed it off, after reading their many bad reviews on this specific problem I can see why. Global fixed the problem pleasantly.
What was disappointing
To be quite honest I do not have anything to report negatively. Everything has been seamless and quick with them. The only negative thing is that my theme supplier wasn't interested in fixing the app. So we opted for Glo, but couldn't be happier.
