What merchants say about this app
AI SUMMARY
Merchants value Printful for fast, consistent fulfillment, good product quality, and an easy design interface for launching custom products, with a mostly seamless after-sale flow. The recurring complaints are a product line that feels generic and expensive, making healthy margins hard, a sync between the app and store that some say got clunkier over time, and pricing surprises like embroidery or one-time fees that catch merchants off guard if they're not watching.
