The ability to process recurring charges and to customize the subscription packages has been crucial in setting up my subscription service. The price was very reasonable compared to competitors as well.
What was disappointing
Set up was a bit challenging. However, customer support is available to help.

We've been pleased with the ease of use and extensive options for setting up various subscriptions for our product range. The support is also very good, this includes editing code to make sure product pages are properly optimized to work with the app. Would highly recommend.
What was disappointing
The only feature that's missing and we wish could be included is the ability to set up pre-paid multiple-month subscriptions.
