It has been a good driver of some extra venue at checkout

What was disappointing

I am not sure it's really worth $30/month. It's just a widget. The customer gives us money and we deal with all the issues.

Found this a relatively easy plug and play solution for shipping insurance. The UX is neat and easy to follow.

What was disappointing

There have been a few glitches over the years. Most of them have required input from support; however, support have been fantastic, responsive and quick to fix.
