What exceeded expectations
Easy to set up, user-friendly, syncs with my Shopify store, can easily find who my Retailers are. Customer Support was helpful when I explained that my shipping costs were more than what they were charging and how that combined with their 40% commission were affecting me financially. They came up with an agreed upon solution and I appreciate that they were willing to be flexible on a case by case basis.
What was disappointing
Most of my retailers appear to be brand new, in the process of setting up a store or from abroad. There doesn't appear to be a Retailer that I know among the list offering my products in their store. Not many sales occur through this channel.
