What exceeded expectations

It created an automation for customers receiving and using points. It integrates into our Shopify POS app and online storefronts seamlessly.

What was disappointing

They have marketing and email, which I don't use. I feel that Shopify email and others have better integration in terms of pulling in product data etc.
