Setting up LiveRecover was quick and easy. I spent an hour setting up the knowledge base and their team handled everything else. I was surprised by how much our customers appreciated speaking to the agents. Some customers have built real parasocial relationships with our agents. It has brought in millions in incremental revenue which is more than I thought it would be capable of.
