What exceeded expectations

Very easy to use and set up. Highly customizable. Not a large impact to overall site speed and effectiveness

What was disappointing

The ROI seemed a bit lack luster for the cost. I think that it should be easier to use the full stack of products to justify the cost vs. just the immediate need of pop ups.
