What exceeded expectations

Planning orders with this software instead of spreadsheets was very useful and the UI is fine.

What was disappointing

Over time we have been switching to Prediko and we're confident that it will be a complete change. Prediko is simply easier to use than Inventory Planner.

Having a tool that helps me forecast how much inventory I need to order is very valuable. I like that I can create purchase orders and then receive the orders and update the inventory all in one tool.

What was disappointing

I often find the forecasting is off, especially if there was an initial spike in demand for a new product. I don't need to keep ordering the same amount months later.
