Sauce is an easy to use integration between our website and social media and provides some interesting insights.
What was disappointing
Pricing is an issue - it is expensive and they also overattribute sales. There are better technologies at more reasonable prices and we are considering replacing Sauce.

So far I haven't necessarily had a pain point. The company installed and set up the app for us. I did spend hours adding content and filtering through it, which was expected.
