What exceeded expectations
An important part of a communication channel is being where your customers are. Being able to talk to customers in the Shop app vs them having to find an external communication channel to reach us is great. Besides the immediate reach, this app is very bare bones and doesn't do anything besides allow you to chat with customers.
What was disappointing
This product is very bare bones. It allows you to send messages and that is it. I wish it had more features since it is natively built into Shopify such as being able to look at orders, process refunds, determine shipping ETAs, process returns or exchanges, look up inventory for customers, and ideally be able to sell clients new products by sending them an invoice.

The fact that its free is great as it should be a native Shopify feature anyways.

I had to toggle between my two different stores and could not be simultaneously logged into and tending to both of them at the same time.

What was disappointing
I miss being able to have Facebook and Instagram linked to the chat. Having to manage chats in multiple places is more tedious
