What exceeded expectations
It was an easy product for us a merchant to implement. We didn't want to collect nor have access/responsibility for sensitive information. This allowed us to offer discounts without having to handle it.
What was disappointing
The developer side is poor along with the documentation. When something breaks or a bug appears, it is harder to fix than it should be. We also have an international audience and they are only available in the US and kind of Canada. Finally, we have received feedback from customers about their onboarding process being a bit cumbersome especially for a senior discount.
