What exceeded expectations
Cost-effective so far, reliable tool to help us facilitate Google ads and Facebook ads. Once connected, it has required very little maintenance, which has been good.
What was disappointing
The UX could do with a bit of improvement. It is a little complicated and visually feels a bit messy; however, this doesn't affect the function of the tool, so it's certainly not a deal breaker.
