What exceeded expectations
This website offers the best selection of big box furniture. They do carry a lot of flat pack type items, but they are one of the few places where you can get a showroom style bedroom set drop shipped. Easy and fast communication with sellers from around the world, who are all willing to work directly with you.
What was disappointing
Ultimately the fees, insurance and shipping cost make it difficult to be competitive on the average item. There are no MAP type policies and the vendors often have their own websites that compete directly with you
