Handles gift cards and store credit reliably. pricing keeps costs predictable at our volume.
What was disappointing
Managing store credit requires constant back-and-forth between Rise and Shopify admin—adds friction to what should be simple tasks. I'd honestly love to see Shopify absorb these basic features natively. The advanced multi-store capabilities look useful but are locked behind the $600/mo enterprise tier, which is hard to justify. A mid-tier option with better Shopify integration would hit the sweet spot.

It's easy to use and set up... customer service is quick to respond.
What was disappointing
so it's really weird ... however their emails seem to only work on mobile. The log on labtop or desktop looks HUGE and there is no way to fix it. I have asked customer service and they said that's just how it is. It's hard to switch to another rewards app so I just stay with it.

What was disappointing

What was disappointing
They charge for importing / bulk uploading user points (running campaigns) which I don't agree with. There are other apps like loyalty lion or smile which do not charge for this feature.
