What exceeded expectations

Setup is extremely easy. We picked it specifically because it's built for a headless storefront, which a lot of cookie consent vendors don't handle well. It also keeps up with state and country privacy law changes on its own, which was the whole point. We didn't want to keep updating a banner by hand every time a law changed somewhere.

What was disappointing

Customer support is lacking. A while back we also found out that for a few months our tracking wasn't picking up the consent choices the banner collected, and nothing from Consentmo or any of our platforms flagged it. Our developers were the ones who caught it, and once they did it was fixed quickly. If I could change one thing, it would be an alert when consent signals stop reaching your tracking, so you don't have to find out on your own.
