What exceeded expectations
Sending products in was simple enough and didn't take too long. Direct integration with Shopify is the best part about it.
What was disappointing
A lot, shipping fees are ridiculously inflated almost 3x what we ship ourselves and storage fees fluctuate. We only have limited stock there for emergencies now.
