What exceeded expectations

I cannot imagine running my business without the near-real-time bookkeeping tools Finaloop provides. It is absolutely mission critical, and priced very fairly for the core functionality you get.

What was disappointing

Product is still evolving, sometimes ran into UI/UX issues and slowdowns. Some transactions require support to successfully categorize (but they're fast). Had some issues getting American Express to play nice, but this appears to be Amex's problem. Finaloop did execute a workaround fix which was satisfactory.
