What exceeded expectations
Faire represents around 60% of our sales so having an easy integration with our Shopify store is crucial to being able to fulfill orders easily. The App is easily to set up and get started quickly. I like the fact that you can customize certain aspects of the integration such as price and stock. So far no major issues with the App and the orders come through quickly and easily.
What was disappointing
Sometimes there are issues with the product sync and the Faire API not recognizing specific SKUs. In these instances, we've had to manually create the product listings or find a workaround such as adding Faire tags to each product, which should not be necessary. The only other annoying part is that the tracking links don't automatically ping back from our 3PL/Shopify, as far as I know, so we have to manually upload the links.

I've been on the site for sometme now and haven't made any sales. There also doesn't seem to be a way to market myself. Also I'm in the plus size space and the offering seems to only be fast fashion. Currently Faire isn't attracting retailers at my price point and they aren't providing a means for me to find them.
