i love that it connects the product right into my shop, makes reordering super easy
What was disappointing
some sellers are slow to fulfill so that is a little annoying in terms of planning

What exceeded expectations
The import functionality of products I buy for my collective via Faire, I can have product listings imported in draft version for me to review/edit as needed prior to publishing which is a huge time saver. It also monitors inventory and prompts me when I need to render.
What was disappointing
I don't really have any complaints because It does the functionality I need it to do as far as importing in draft version allowing me to make my personal edits in my brand voice on listing descriptions.

What exceeded expectations
Faire keeps getting better. Its integration with Shopify is constantly improving making purchasing to website more seamless. There’s a lot of brands to shop from and 60 day the line of credit is very helpful.
What was disappointing
Aggregating BIPOC brands is not easy and our team spends hours sifting through brands. The return policy is a bit sketchy as in you can return but can’t. Clarity in their policy would be helpful.
