What exceeded expectations
Just so easy to quickly have order rates come up so these can be cross-referenced against aggregate couriers to find the cheapest/economical shipping. When using the EZ label, there is no copying and pasting into the MyPost Business app anymore as the address info is pulled directly from the Shopify interface, cutting down on any errors.
What was disappointing
When having to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, I thought it would simply charge the difference 4.99 -> 9.99 but instead it reset the monthly charge frequency (even though a week left on Bronze) and billed the full $9.99 amount. Not a big deal overall as upgrading means that sales are up and this is a necessary operating expensive but it would have been nice to save a few dollars.
