What exceeded expectations
The app is straightforward, easy to implement, and does exactly what it promises. Setup was quick and it integrates cleanly into the product and checkout pages without slowing down the site. I appreciate the simplicity and the ability to reinforce trust signals like secure checkout and payment icons, especially for new customers. It adds an extra layer of credibility with minimal effort.
What was disappointing
The main limitation is customization flexibility. While it’s functional, the design options can feel somewhat basic and not always fully aligned with a premium brand aesthetic. If I could improve one thing, it would be more advanced styling controls and positioning flexibility so the badges feel more seamlessly integrated into higher end storefront designs.
