The ability for customes to make changes and edits to their orders has been a HUGE timesaver for me and the team. The customer service from Cleverific is great!

Love the app will continue using. They are always making updates and improvements as well.

At the time, Shopify didn't have an edit order fucntion and we would have to cancel and create new orders. Since then Shopify has added the edit functionality but it does not work on international orders nor can customers do it themselves. Cleverific continues to be one step ahead of the built in functionality

What was disappointing

As Shopify has added new features, it has become less valuable as is the case when many of these platform features. Nothing has been disappointing but your value may differ based on what you need as a brand.
