I specifically use it to search products quickly and check stock on said products to make sure we do have them in stock and occasionally search an order.
What was disappointing
We've had some trouble using it on mobile devices and wish the ability to scan products and process orders was more optimized for it.

What exceeded expectations
I love how responsive the developers are, I also love the ease of use and how easy it is to set-up. Got us up and running in a few days. Since it's easy to use, it's easy to delegate fulfillment tasks to new team members since the interface is easy to learn and use. This has become essential in our daily operations and lessened fulfillment mistakes.
What was disappointing
Not really disappointed but something that could be improved is the loading time of the orders. It takes a while before an order loads after you scan the order number barcode.
