I love how easy it is to bulk edit inventory and find out basic information about multiple products on one screen as opposed to individually looking up each one.

What was disappointing

I can't think of anything, but I have to keep writing to get to 50 characters

I love how responsive the developers are, I also love the ease of use and how easy it is to set-up. Got us up and running in a few days. Since it's easy to use, it's easy to delegate fulfillment tasks to new team members since the interface is easy to learn and use. This has become essential in our daily operations and lessened fulfillment mistakes.

What was disappointing

Not really disappointed but something that could be improved is the loading time of the orders. It takes a while before an order loads after you scan the order number barcode.
