What exceeded expectations
It is able to provide every single order attribute / data point that I need. I am able to organize it how I need it to be as well, and it integrates with my backend order management system on Google Sheets.

So customizable to get lots of information very quickly. I need it to process highly customized incoming orders and put them into production, and it's the best tool I've ever had for this.
What was disappointing
I wish there was a way to generate a report of all the orders since the last generated report; I process it weekly but not necessarily at the same time each week and I always have to go in and eliminate the overlap.
