What exceeded expectations

The platform and onboarding is very professional. Their creative team who customized templates for us were also exceptional in their work.

What was disappointing

I think the app has nothing special to offer, apart from its AI. I believe enterprises would greatly benefit from the platform, given that it costs higher than most email marketing platforms. In our case, we prefer platforms that are straightforward to use and do not require a long onboarding period.
