What exceeded expectations

Great customer support. The app itself works alright, with good personalization tools.

What was disappointing

The blackout dates (blocked off dates due to holidays, no deliveries, etc.) do not work perfectly and always require manual checking. The app fails to show up occasionally, letting customers checkout without choosing a delivery date.
