What exceeded expectations
In the state where my business resides, there is data required to file excise taxes. Shopify makes it impossible to get that simple data from the system like how much postage I paid to ship an order. Shipping on out of state orders is deductible from my excise tax, so to not have that available on a simple order report is outrageous. With this app, I've created a report exactly as I need to file my taxes. Do I only use it once a month for these reports? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Support is incredible when needed. Something like this is a must have for every business owner.
