The depth of options offered matches our needs. The backend is easy to use and the frontend is simple for our customers.

What was disappointing

Paid add-ons are very difficult to enforce; with only a little manipulation, customers can add a paid add-on but delete the charge for it. IE, they've now ordered something they haven't paid for.
