What exceeded expectations
Highly configurable per collection. The flexibility has allowed us to set this up where it's actually very specifically valuable to us, rather than a blanket configuration on the site where it may not make sense in some situations.
What was disappointing
None. It does what it's supposed to do well. We've never experienced any issues or problems, and it's been chugging along doing its thing for years.
